What is your shipping policy?
All direct orders from FlippinFeels.com ship within Canada only. Orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days of payment.
Single copy orders: $12 CAD flat rate shipping.
Orders of $150 or more receive free shipping in Canada and the continental USA.
Ordering from another country? The Ember Compass is available through Amazon, Walmart, and Barnes & Noble for delivery outside Canada. Contact us directly for Bulk orders.
How can I order wholesale or bulk copies?
For bookstore wholesale enquiries, school district orders, library bulk purchases, or organisational partnerships, please contact us directly through at hello@flippinfeels.com.
The Ember Compass is also available through Ingram wholesale distribution for retailers and libraries who prefer to order through their existing accounts.
What is your return policy?
Because every copy is signed and handled personally, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for copies that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us at hello@FlippinFeels.com with a photograph of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Personalised copies and digital downloads are non-refundable.
If your order arrives and something is not right, please reach out. We will always do our best to make it right.
How can I book the Elizabeth for an event?
