What is your shipping policy?
All direct orders from FlippinFeels.com ship within Canada only. Orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days of payment.
Single copy orders: $12 CAD flat rate shipping.
Orders of $75 or more receive free shipping anywhere in Canada.
Ordering from the United States or internationally? The Ember Compass is available through Amazon, Walmart, and Barnes & Noble for delivery outside Canada. Contact us for Bulk orders.
How can I order wholesale or bulk copies?
For bookstore wholesale enquiries, school district orders, library bulk purchases, or organisational partnerships, please contact us directly through at hello@flippinfeels.com.
The Ember Compass is also available through Ingram wholesale distribution for retailers and libraries who prefer to order through their existing accounts.
What is your return policy?
Because every copy is signed and handled personally, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for copies that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us at hello@FlippinFeels.com with a photograph of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Personalised copies and digital downloads are non-refundable.
